School board suspends girl who reported being molested
: "AUGUSTA, Ga. - The mother of a 13-year-old student who said she was sexually assaulted by another student during a school trip said school officials sent the wrong message by suspending her daughter.
Richmond Academy Principal David Robbins suspended the girl 10 days, saying she violated a school rule on immoral acts, even though 17-year-old Reginald West was charged Sept. 23 with molesting the girl, The Augusta Chronicle reported."

damn....what are they thinking? A 13 year old is force into a sexual act by a 17 year old and she gets suspended?!
Hopefully none of those folks at the school will ever get called for jury duty to hear a rape case.
